The Nunavut Arts and Crafts Association
Welcome to the Website of the Nunavut Arts and Crafts Association (NACA), a non-profit incorporated society that promotes the growth and appreciation of Nunavut artists, and the production of their arts and crafts.
This years Summer Showcase is now over and the NACA Annual General Meeting has been completed for another year . We are happy to announce that everyone had a great time at all of the events planned and are eagerly planning what the next NACA event will be. We had a fairly large turn around on the Board this year with the Resignation of two directors due to family commitments. We thank all of the past board for their hard work and dedication and wish them all well. Our new board of directors is listed below. We see some new faces as well as some returning members and we are already looking to the next events and getting ready for the fall push of events we have planned. Listen to CBC radio and CBC Northern News for interviews with our New Chairman of the Board Jerry Ell, Jerry is excited to be back on the board and is happy to working with the Executive again. The remainder of the board of directors is listed below. In the next few weeks we will be updating the full website to make the needed changes regarding the change in directors.
